Today I dusted off my bike and went for a one mile ride, twice. My nine year old daughter rode with me.
It had two flat tires and my rear brakes are busted. The tires seem to be holding air and I hope to ride again tomorrow.
I had a bulging disc in my back in October of 2012 that took nearly a year and a half to fully heal. Prior to that I was riding 15 miles a day. I've missed it.
